Participate in the 2010 Beat the Heat 5K
Starting time is at 8:30 in the Farmers Market/Shockoe Bottom at 1800 E. Main St.
A kids fun run will be organized the day of the event with no fee.
It's sponsored by the Richmond Fire Department Personal Trainers.
Registration closes on June 18, 2010. There will be no race day registration.
Registration fee is only $20.00 and all registered participants will receive a T shirt.
The proceeds will benefit the Richmond Firefighters Scholarship Fund.
